The international conference, scheduled for May 8-9, 2025, is organised in honour of International Women in Mathematics Day, celebrated globally on May 12. The event aims to recognise and celebrate the significant contributions of female mathematicians in both theoretical and applied fields.

The conference will feature six distinguished plenary speakers:

• Chiara Amorino from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra Barcelona
• Li Chen from Aarhus University
• Line Clemmensen from University of Copenhagen
• Sara Kališnik Hintz from ETH Zürich
• Tinne Hoff Kjeldsen from University of Copenhagen
• Jing Qin from University of Southern Denmark

These experts will share their latest research and insights, providing attendees with a unique opportunity to learn from leading figures in the field. In addition to the plenary talks, the event will include a series of shorter contributed talks, a poster session showcasing innovative research, and a conference dinner on the evening of May 8, fostering networking and collaboration among participants.

Sponsored by the Novo Nordisk Foundation, the Danish Mathematical Society, and Aalborg University's Department of Mathematical Sciences, the conference is open to all staff and students from Danish and international universities. The organisers are committed to making the event accessible to a wide audience, offering free participation and funding to cover travel and accommodation expenses for students and junior researchers.
